Our staff is dedicated to ensuring the safety of your child, while also working with your child to further their development in all aspects of life. Get to know our wonderful staff below!
Miss Pattie
(Owner)
Graduated from the first Child Development Degree of YSU in 1974. She opened her first school "Rhyme Time" preschool in Campbell, OH. In 1983, she licensed and operated the Hitchcock Woods Early Learning Center in Boardman, OH for 38 years. Hitchcock Woods was a full service star rated center. In 1991, she licensed and operated the First Baptist Church Learning Center, which was renamed and re-licensed in 2004 under the Lincoln Learning Center. Miss Pattie's main goal of all her centers was to instill confidence in each student. She worked to be sure each child could flourish knowing their individual learning style.
Miss Jordan

Miss Jordan has her CDA for infants and toddlers. She has been with the company for almost 3 years. She is the infant lead teacher. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing the growth in development in the infants and how much they change in a short period of time.
​Miss Emily
Miss Emily has been with the company for just a year. She is the 3's preschool assistant teacher and working on her CDA. Her favorite part of her job is reading to the students daily.
Miss Kelsey

Miss Kelsey has been with the company for nearly two years. She is the assistant teacher in the PreK and infant rooms. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to do fun activities with the children.
Miss Kylee
​
Miss Kylee is a returning staff member, having left us for about a year and a half. Miss Kylee is the assistant toddler teacher with her CDA. Miss Kylee says returning to the center feels like coming home.
Miss Deana (Administrator)
Miss Deana has her associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Youngstown State University. She has been with the company for 33 years and the administrator since 2020. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing children's faces when they've accomplished something new!
​Miss Vingle
Miss Vingle has been a preschool teacher for 12 years, and has taken on the role of the toddler lead teacher. She has been with the company for 5 years. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing the children accomplish something new every day!
Miss Cassie
Miss Cassie has her associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University. She has been with the company for 1 year, and is an assistant teacher in the 3's preschool room. Her favorite thing about her job is the supportive atmosphere of the center and getting to work with the children.
Miss Leighanne

Miss Leighanne is the assistant teacher in the infant room. She has been with the company for nearly 3 years. Her favorite thing about her job is that she loves to see the babies reach milestones and the connections she makes with the parents.
Miss Beth

Miss Beth is a returning staff member, having left us for 10 months. Miss Beth is an assistant teacher in 3's preschool. Her favorite part of her job is seeing all the accomplishments the children make.
Miss Bri
(Assistant Administrator)
Miss Bri has her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University. She also has her teaching license for grades K-5. She has been with the company for just under a year. Miss Bri is currently the Pre-K lead teacher, administrative assistant, and school-age assistant teacher. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing how each student progresses developmentally and the smiles they get when they accomplish something.​
Miss Brooke

Miss Brooke has been with the company for 1 year. She is the Little 1's teacher, working on her CDA. Her favorite thing about her job is having the experience in childcare for future reference.

Miss Jen
Miss Jen is a new member to our team. She has been with us for about 3 months now and has quickly become part of the family. Miss Jen is an assistant in the PreK and school-age rooms. Her favorite part of her job is seeing all the smiles on the children's faces.

Miss Shelby
Miss Shelby is another returning staff member, coming back to us after 8 months. Miss Shelby is an assistant in the PreK and 3's preschool room. Her favorite part of her job is getting to experience all of the milestones the children meet.
